20 Hour Event
that will test participants during the thrill of deep winter in the mountains above Boulder, Colorado.

2nd Annual Wicked & Wild “Winter Wonderland” event.

While the format for the event will remain generally the same: 20 hours to log as many miles possible, with two new trail legs cut this year’s course & activities have a few surprises & twists to keep things fresh. And, per usual, the weather will keep things unexpected & exciting.

Temps typically range from the low 20s to 40 deg. Snowfall should be expected and can be anywhere from 2 inches to 2 feet with winds & high winds always possible. Roughly 1/2 mile is single track and the rest is OHV trail. Elevation gain per circuit is ~400 feet.

Wall tents w/ wood burning stove, cots, electricity, & port-a-potties will be available for those attending the pre-event BBQ & Social and wish to camp the night on the property. Other services not generally provided.

Whether your coming for a ‘gut check’, learning/training for another event, coming for the community, or just simply to vacation and have fun - there will be mentoring/coaching/encouragement and the preservation of the home-style feel & hospitality, camaraderie, and spirit that 1865 is known for.
